Shipping & Returns

We guarantee all of our plants. If your plants have been delivered & are not what you expected, please reach out to us so we can make it right!  We do our best to ship your plants in a timely manner via Ups & it can take up to 2-3 weeks to process your order once it has been placed with us. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking and should receive your order in 3-4 days. Hosta are very durable. Once you receive them, make sure you soak the roots in a bowl or pitcher overnight & then plant them the next day. They will perk right back up within a day or two!

 

Shipping will start at $10 per order plus  $1 per plant. If your order has been damaged, please inform us so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible, thanks! :)

We start shipping in early April. If needing a Specific Shipping Date, please add that to the "Checkout Page" (there is an Icon towards the bottom left of that page to insert a note).

If needing to add to your original order, please let us know ASAP via "CONTACT" page (there may be separate shipping charges if your original order has already been shipped).
